Return Conditions: For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Non-returnable products: Perishable goods (such as food and flowers). Personal care, hygiene, or beauty products (if opened or seals removed). Custom-made or personalized products. Products specified as "final sale" or "clearance". 3. Return Shipping and Fees: Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Souqiyat will cover all return shipping costs. Change of mind: If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return delivery/shipping fees (usually ranging between 20 and 30 Saudi Riyals depending on the location). 4. Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse: We will send you a notification via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows: Credit/Debit Card Payments (Mada, Visa, Mastercard): The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days (depending on your bank). Cash on Delivery (COD) / Tabby / Tamara: The refunded amount can be issued as store credit or transferred to your local Saudi bank account via IBAN (processing time: 3 to 7 business days). Note: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 5. Exchanges: We only exchange products if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong size or color was sent.
